Become a Scotsmart AffiliateScotsmart Scottish Web Directory displays Category pages in 3 blocks.
Entries at the top of pages will be 'clicked' most often. The Affiliate system is there to reward those who send traffic to Scotsmart by improving their page position which should give increased traffic back. To become an Affiliate and receive a better page position as reward, you must place a link somewhere on your website pointing to Scotsmart's home page. Notes: Affiliate status is awarded for incoming traffic to Scotsmart rather than simply a link. To prevent people claiming Affiliate status simply by placing a link to Scotsmart on a low traffic page within their site, Scotsmart must detect incoming traffic from your site arriving at it's home page. Only when we have identified traffic from your site will you be awarded Affiliate status. IMPORTANT - if you use domain forwarding ie. you have a domain registered which redirects to your site which is hosted under another domain, you must tell us because we have no way of matching your entry in Scotsmart to the incoming traffic from a site which we don't know about. Example: you tell us www.greatkiltshere.com but you host at homepages.something.com/~greatkilts - we need to be told these are the same. Please text link to Scotsmart's home page with html something like:

Alternatively, you can also 'right click' & 'save picture as ...' , any
of these images and use with a link to http://www.scotsmart.com.
